Territory holders are expected to maintain active, updated content on their community subdomain — events listings, merchant directories, and local announcements.

Uphold Community Standards

All territory content must align with 121212 community guidelines — positive, affirming, pro-Black economic development. Spam, hate, or misinformation results in territory revocation.

Represent the Network

You are the face of 121212 in your area. Connect local vendors to the GBM marketplace, promote local events, and build real relationships in your community.

Quarterly Activity Reports

District and State holders submit quarterly activity summaries to the 121212 network team — tracking events hosted, vendors onboarded, and community growth.

Inactivity Policy

Territories inactive for 90 consecutive days re-enter auction. Territory holders receive two warnings before revocation. Build it or lose it.

Territory Transfers

Territories may be transferred to another qualified holder with 121212 approval. All transfers must be reported — unauthorized transfers void the territory agreement.
